Become a Chapter Member in four easy steps!

1. Complete the application below
2. When contacted by a membership coordinator schedule a guest visit to our next chapter meeting
3. Get accepted and voted in as a member during the next meeting
4. Pay the membership dues

The initial Chapter join fee is: $100.00 for an individual and $150.00 for a family.

Annual Chapter Dues each January 1st are: $25 for an individual and $45.00 for a family
